JOB DESCRIPTIONWe have a new opportunity for an Area Planner to join our established team within Guinness Property providing a high quality, planning and co-ordination service for Responsive Repairs.
Based in Chesterfield, this is a temporary 5-month fixed term contract and full-time position working 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-4pm on Friday. Hybrid working is available.

You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.

- Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Experience of working with databases.
